We’re looking for an Executive Assistant that can help further this SAP mission and can support the culture we want to maintain at this great company.
This Executive Assistant will support key marketing leaders (EVP and LT)
This individual is responsible for daily business operations including inbox and calendar management, preparation of and follow up on meetings and action items, travel and event arrangements, ad-hoc requests with high visibility, as well as other business-related activities.
As an Executive Assistant, you are part of the backbone to ensure a smooth and outcome-driven working environment for the executives you support. You will work closely with other executive assistants, senior executives, sales teams, and other key stakeholders. You’ll also partner closely with the Chief of Staff, and others with accountability for strategy, culture and communications.
We are looking for a committed and passionate colleague to support our team with a strong focus on the following activities:
- Executive’s day-to-day calendar management: manage incoming meeting requests, schedule meetings with internal and external participation in close alignment with other executive assistants as well as the offices of the participants; ensure your executive is appropriately prepared, monitor responses from participants; resolve meeting conflicts.
- Domestic and international business trip arrangements including flight, hotel, and transfer bookings, restaurant reservations, etc.
- Virtual and onsite team event (get-togethers/offsites/workshops) organization: locations, agenda, food, and beverage, activities.
- General administrative tasks, such as purchasing, expense management, etc.
- Daily business operations and ad-hoc requests.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years relevant working experience, ideally as an EA is a fast-paced environment such as a technology company or related industry.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The reliable and trustworthy work attitude of high integrity, especially being able to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a team player, being a “roll up your sleeves” contributor.
- Good knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Ability to host virtual meetings in Microsoft Teams and Zoom utilizing collaboration features such as breakout groups and whiteboarding
- Experience working in a global organization and coordinating across multiple time zones preferred
