About the Role

The Integration Consultant is responsible for working with Concur clients who have implemented the Netsuite Connector and are in need of additional Support. The Integration Consultant is responsible for supporting Clients Netsuite Connector, both on Boomi and BTP. There will also be a requirement to migrate Clients from Boomi, to the BTP platform.

Responsibilities

Employees in this position may perform some or all of the following roles within a project:
Lead assigned cases from initial contact to case closure according to SAP methodology.
Provide Concur integration consulting services to clients and 3rd party partners.
Communicate effectively with client and internal Concur team throughout the duration of the case support to set appropriate expectations, provide functional and technical expertise, and move the case forward to closure.
Gather and understand the client’s business requirements and provide consultation on how best to interact with Concur APIs to achieve desired results.
Lead and participate on client calls to drive integration from initial introduction to case closure.
Create and maintain case SLA’s.
Build relationships with Concur 3rd party partners to ensure simple and successful integrations.
Capable of utilizing effective management, negotiation, and influencing skills both internally and externally to ensure successful case closure.
Act as a subject matter expert in Concur APIs and Concur modules (expense, invoice, and travel) to guide clients in best practice configuration and integration designs.
Utilize technical skills in supporting client testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation, and posting issues.
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver technical information to a non-technical audience.

Employees in this position may perform some or all of the following roles outside of project work:
Work on cases from the NetSuite queue through resolution or escalation to R&D.
Act as a Netsuite/Boomi/BTP evangelist to increase the visibility of the team internally by answering internal questions, offering training to external teams, and maintaining strong cross functional relationships with open lines of communication.
Maintain knowledge of ERPs and common shared objects and configurations: Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Financial Force, Netsuite, Boomi, BTP, etc.
Complete knowledge transfer to new and existing team members.
Migrate Clients from Boomi to BTP

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in IT / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics / Engineering / Business with IT or equivalent preferred
1- 3 years work experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role
Project Management experience is an advantage
Experience in working in global &/or virtual teams
Experience and/or acumen of the following technologies and solutions is an advantage: Cloud; Enterprise software solutions; Business application software; IoT
Proven record in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to successful completion within the time requirements
