How you will contribute:

• The BPM Professional Services Lead will work closely with our Signavio Sales Team to scope consulting services, deliver client projects with other consultants and work with our Customer Service Team to ensure the long-term success of our clients.
• You will provide consulting expertise and best practice knowledge around Business Process Management methods, process modelling, process analysis, workflow, process mining, etc.
• You will work closely with our clients to deploy our Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Workflow Accelerator, Process Intelligence)
• In our client engagements, you will work closely with the Signavio team on some of the following activities:
  • Lead SAP Signavio services discussions with prospective clients to clarify project expectations, approach, scope, resources, etc.
  • Lead services proposal development and commercial discussions
  • Prepare project internally and with the client (resourcing, staffing, project planning)
  • Oversee and manage larger SAP Signavio deployment projects (e.g. Suite Deployments, Process Intelligence projects, etc.)
  • Day-to-day project management activities
  • Plan and manage project steering committee meetings

This is you:

• You have at least 5 years of Professional Services Sales or Pre-Sales experience (Note: this is NOT a sales position)
• Experience in Business Process Management, BPM implementations, workflow, process mining, etc.
• Experience with Signavio Process Manager or other BPM software (e.g. ARIS, iGrafx, Casewise, BIC, etc.)
• Experience with process mining concepts and technologies (e.g. Celonis, Disco, etc.), business intelligence, or analytics solutions
• Strong analytical and communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Business Information Technologies, etc.
