A Day in the Life
As Service Clerks, we serve a wide variety of functions throughout the store. We take great pride in our job, as we keep the store moving. We know that we are responsible for ensuring a quality experience for our shoppers. We enjoy the teamwork that fuels a fast-paced environment. Our smiles and expertise keep our customers coming back. Serving as one of the last points of contact with a customer, Service Clerks have a great opportunity to represent our brand of impeccable customer service, friendliness, as well as detailed knowledge of our business.
When you first start, you'll spend time training alongside your most skilled teammates. Once you've got the hang of it, you'll spend your day assisting customers at check out by bagging products with care, ensuring customer requests are met, enjoying routine visits outdoors to collect shopping carts and assisting customers and their purchases to their cars, and keeping your department clean and stocked. Most importantly, you will be forming relationships with customers, team building, growing as a professional, and having fun!
