Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage and
maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the CRM data, enhancing account
and contact information, and deduplicating data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
in our customer management processes.
Working location:
This will be a hybrid position, with time split between remote working, and weekly/bi-weekly office visits to our office in Fort Lauderdale.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM System Management: Oversee the daily operation of the CRM system,
ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance. - Data Integrity: Regularly audit and clean CRM data to maintain high data
quality. This includes deduplicating records, correcting inaccuracies, and
removing obsolete data. - Data Enhancement: Continuously update and flesh out account and contact
information in the CRM to provide comprehensive customer insights. - User Support and Training: Provide support and training to CRM users across
the organization, helping them to effectively utilize the system. - Customization and Optimization: Customize and configure the CRM system to
meet the evolving needs of the business. This includes creating custom fields,
views, reports, and dashboards. - Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and analytics from CRM data
to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, marketing, and
customer service teams to ensure the CRM aligns with their needs and
objectives. - Assist business developer reps in entering key lead, opp, contact and account
data so they can focus on selling and not data entry. - System Updates and Integration: Manage CRM software updates and
integrations with other business systems to enhance functionality. - Compliance and Security: Ensure the CRM system complies with data
protection laws and company policies, maintaining high standards of data
security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related
field. - Proven experience as a CRM administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support CRM users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
