Clinical Pharmacy Opening – No Nights or Weekends

This government contractor opportunity is at Travis Air Force Base which is located midway (about an hour) from Sacramento and San Francisco in the NAPA Valley Wine Country!

Requirements:

• Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
• Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
• Internship/Residency: Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency or fellowship accredited by the American Society of Health System Pharmacists or American College of Clinical Pharmacy.
• Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years full-time experience in specialized field of study and care coordination or case management in a medical setting, with clinical services being performed for at least 12 of the last 36 months.
• BLS and ACLS certifications

This position is Monday through Friday, from approximately 7am until 4pm.  No nights or weekends.

The employed compensation is an hourly rate is $73.00 for the first 8 hours then $109.50 for the other 4 hours. The benefits include 120 hours (15 days) paid time off, 11 Federal Holidays, paid life insurance and short-term disability, health, dental, vision, critical insurance through Aetna Health Care are offered plus a CME stipend.

The malpractice is covered by the military.

Any full, active, current, unrestricted state license to practice as a Pharmacist is accepted – you do not have to have a California license.
