Job Purpose
As Sarda's Marketing Manager, you will develop strategic marketing plans and oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan, including evaluating the results of campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across multiple channels.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Create digital strategy and execution plan for multiple product lines, in various ecosystems (social media, paid media, website/e-commerce, email, and collaborations).
- Understand production timelines. Develop and execute on product marketing plans in accordance with product availability dates.
- Lead cross-functional team through SWOT analysis and strategic planning, defining company’s buyer persona, and determining which marketing methods will be used to reach business targets (i.e., SEO, events, content marketing, community management).
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute engaging campaigns, influencer, collaborations, and daily content creation to support the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
- Partner with sales, creative, customer support, and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and host social media and Amazon live sales and marketing events.
- Working in partnership with Leadership and the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Manage marketing program resources such as vendors, partners, and agencies to ensure cost efficiencies and maintain a consistent brand image in all messaging and activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute engaging campaigns, influencer, collaborations, and daily content creation to support the overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Understand consumer’s interests, concerns, needs and interests to help ensure our content strategy is on target for our audience.
- Be fluent in analyzing paid media, optimizing ad spends and reporting metrics.
- Have a deep knowledge of analytics and social tools. (Google Analytics, paid media analytics tools).
- Monitor and share reporting and metrics for social media brand voice and media relations activities.
- Continuously test new marketing channels, merchandising features, and other business opportunities to improve the customer experience and grow revenue.
- Work within the brands content management systems (WooCommerce, Amazon) to manage the website activities and execute goals.
- Review and maintain product copy for brands websites and media kits.
- Establish KPI reporting tools to measure strategy and campaign effectiveness and adjust, when necessary (organic traffic, conversion rate, new customer acquisition, email sign ups, individual visitors to website, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, social media management).
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager on SMM strategies and campaigns, ensuring all channels are accounted for, that content is regularly posted and that engagement targets are maintained.
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing requirements in support of vendor activities.
- Document business processes and provide additional sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Identify go-to-market (GTM) marketing calendar priorities and scale relevant programming, allocating resources as needed.
- Understand revenue targets by channel: e-Comm/Retail (50-60%), TVSN (15-20%), wholesale (20%) and support targets with timely content.
- Systems - Ensure full utilization of company sponsored systems: Acumatica, ASANA, and others as assigned.
- ASANA / SOPs - Own and facilitate 100% completion and adherence to Creative SOPs and ASANA workflows ensuring accuracy and cross-functional training to each.
- Team building and leadership – Foster a collaborative and fun environment, drive accountabilities to KPIs and SOPs, be a leader by example, serve as an employee mentor/trainer.
- Process Improvement – Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Charter, lead and facilitate process improvement activities, utilizing ASANA and other company provided tools.
- Manage other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and revenue generation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Able to work 40-44 hours per week Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
