- Place an empty plastic tub on a stainless-steel table at waist height to catch various sized pieces of cheese, the vast majority are approximately 1 oz, as they fall off the conveyor from the brine river
- Fill the tub to an approximate weight of 25 lbs.
- Place the full tub on a stainless-steel wheelie
- Fill the wheelie with ten tubs of cheese; two stacks, five tubs high
- Push the wheelie of ten full tubs of cheese to the designated packaging line
- Dump a tub of cheese into the incline conveyor on the autoloader.
- Continue to dump tubs of cheese as necessary into the incline conveyor in order to ensure the autoloader is running efficiently
- Return the empty tub of wheelies to the area by the brine-river conveyor
- All Tubbers are expected to be actively involved in picking up pieces of string cheese from the floor and placing the cheese in 5- gallon pails designated for inedible cheese.
- Cheese Tubbers rotate job positions throughout the shift. One individual fills the tubs at the brine river and the other individuals distribute the tubs throughout the facility.
- Sargento Foods, St. Cloud Facility has two production lines with tubbers specifically assigned to each line
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED/HSED) required or minimally enrolled with anticipated completion in 12 months or less
- Prior manufacturing and/or food industry experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to push wheelies on casters that weigh up to 250 lbs.
