Duties
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Provide support to staff and visitors
- Conduct basic proofreading tasks
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Suite and computer literacy
- Strong time management skills
- Previous experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or clerk preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
