Create, track and monitor metrics. - Develop talent acquisition best practices, processes and policies to be shared and implemented across the organization. Approaches consistent with the company’s business strategy, operational strategy, and market trends. Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor’s Degree or Above and Related experience is preferred - Must demonstrate proven experience handling confidential Human Resources matters - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Must be detail-oriented and can work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment

We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.   Position Summary   The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of recruiters in executing the full cycle recruiting process. This position ensures execution of talent acquisition strategy & process to meet the needs of the business. This position establishes strong internal and external sourcing network to deliver candidate volume to meet hiring needs.  The recruiting supervisor is responsible for the hiring, coaching, development and engagement of a team of recruiting associates.  The recruiting supervisor works closely with internal and external business partners.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and develop the recruiting team as well as the day-to-day operation of the team - Ensures full utilization of the applicant tracking system.  Acts as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition systems and processes; able to train and mentor others on these systems and processes - Evaluates workload of team, set priorities and manages the development of the candidate pipeline to ensure it is sufficient to meet hiring goals & timelines.  Monitors team productivity, reports and directs on next steps and best practices - Partners with manager/director to strategize, reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates - Establishes job specifications and qualifications and ensures team is aware and delivering against ideal candidate profiles - Works closely with a variety of leaders and ensures they are kept up to date on progress and results.  Updates manager/director on information regarding various divisions that may directly impact staffing - May lead “Ramp up” initiatives, works with others to create strategies and deadlines to successfully execute hiring requirements Supervisory Responsibilities:   Direct Reports   Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources   Indirect Reports   May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports   Travel and/or Driving Requirements: - Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job  Minimum Qualifications   Education Level: - (Required):  High School Diploma or GED  - (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree                   Field of Study/Area of Experience:  Retail, Marketing and Agency experience - 4- years of experience in  high-volume recruiting in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting and/or Agency experience - Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools, must be web savvy Social Media Experience preferred. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience highly desirable - Experience working with tools regularly, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Software/Tools - Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills - Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers - Ability to exercise sound judgment - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines - Strong prioritization skills - Analytical and research Skills - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers Environmental & Physical Requirements   Office / Sedentary Requirements   Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
