Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and develop the recruiting team as well as the day-to-day operation of the team - Ensures full utilization of the applicant tracking system. Acts as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition systems and processes; able to train and mentor others on these systems and processes - Evaluates workload of team, set priorities and manages the development of the candidate pipeline to ensure it is sufficient to meet hiring goals & timelines. Monitors team productivity, reports and directs on next steps and best practices - Partners with manager/director to strategize, reach and attract a diverse pool of high quality candidates - Establishes job specifications and qualifications and ensures team is aware and delivering against ideal candidate profiles - Works closely with a variety of leaders and ensures they are kept up to date on progress and results. Updates manager/director on information regarding various divisions that may directly impact staffing - May lead “Ramp up” initiatives, works with others to create strategies and deadlines to successfully execute hiring requirements Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct Reports Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources Indirect Reports May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements: - Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job Minimum Qualifications Education Level: - (Required): High School Diploma or GED - (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail, Marketing and Agency experience - 4- years of experience in high-volume recruiting in one of the following areas: Retail & Event Marketing, Retail Recruiting and/or Agency experience - Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools, must be web savvy Social Media Experience preferred. Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience highly desirable - Experience working with tools regularly, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, and Software/Tools - Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills - Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers - Ability to exercise sound judgment - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines - Strong prioritization skills - Analytical and research Skills - Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
