Sashco develops and manufactures innovative and high-performance sealants, caulks, and stains for the DIY, remodelling and custom home building markets. We are a family-owned and operated company in Brighton, CO (15 mi NE of Denver). We have an immediate need for a Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor is a working team lead that owns operational responsibility for production for assigned shift as well as the review, coaching, and disciplinary requirements of their team according to Sashco standards. They are responsible for improving the performance metrics and driving VSM-based action plans in their work center by using all resources available. The Production Supervisor decisions are based upon work center metrics (SQDCE). Do you like to maintain and improve the appearance, functionality, and performance of the defined area?
