JOB SUMMARY:
The Client Solutions Analyst acts provides custom deliverables for new and existing customers within the Satcom Direct suite of software solutions. The role serves as the point of contact for customers to ensure a successful delivery of customized requests. This position has the primary responsibility of supporting the software implementation for assigned clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with the assigned Client Services/Account Management team and various internal business partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer request
- Act as project manager for customer custom deliverables throughout the implementation cycle
- Plan and lead custom deliverables for assigned clients
- Develop, communicate, maintain, and manage the detailed project plan, timeline for custom deliverables and ensures deadlines, milestones and success criteria are met
- Clearly documents customer workflows and processes to ensure a successful customer transition
- Conducts onsite and remote training to end users
- Manage escalated customer reports issues and relationships
- Review customer requests and requirements for additional metrics and reports
- Performs client data conversion and migration from various existing legacy systems
- Coordinates with customer in gathering requirements for data migration needs
- Works directly with customers to clarify and verify data transition analysis
- Designs, plans, and manages each customer's data migration project
- Supplies test cases for analyzing each data transition
- Verifies imported legacy data by utilizing system reporting tool and manual verification
- Create and design client facing forms, mapping and automating software data points
- Reports and Business Intelligence
- Generate metrics and reports based on product needs
- Standardize the best practices and theme of the reporting platform
- Extract, Transform, Load (ETL):
- Institute and manage a data conversion tool working closely with the data warehouse engineer to build a scalable solution
- Build a suite of test scenarios for regression and expansion of tool
- Implement third party software data schemas concurrent to the objectives of the software platform
- Maintains detailed data conversion documentation across common legacy system
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Hold at least 5 years work experience in a SaaS and B2B software environment
- 3 years of system/software implementation experience: software requirements definition, delivery of training, data conversions and other system implementation tasks
- Working understanding of business intelligence software, Python and JavaScript experience a plus
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Designer, preferred.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills
- Flexible in a rapidly changing environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing general office duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening and reading, able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and use standard office equipment such as computer, printer, phone and cell phone. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop in order to open/close cabinets, reach for files or other standard office type objects.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The office environment is generally quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to others talking or laughing loudly, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control. An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their particular duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company/department needs, project requirements or customer demands. Some overnight travel is required to facilitate work objectives. While at client site locations, if applicable, employee will be required to adhere to the proper safety precautions established by the client while in proximity to their work area, flight-line or maintenance repair center; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment. The temperature at client locations can vary from controlled to variations off hot/cold when working, standing or walking in or near the flight-line or maintenance repair center.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $65,000-$85,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. SD also offers a variety of benefits including: health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, experience level and location.
