Job Title: Club Administrator
Employment: Full time/ seasonal $25 per hour, estimated
Reports To: Saugatuck Yacht Club Commodore
Job Responsibilities
Overall supervision of club, pool, tennis and dock facilities. Daily upkeep and maintenance of the club. Identification of maintenance and facility issues to the commodore.
Utilize the club software system to service our membership.
Competency in computer skills with software such as word, excel, google drive, etc.
Facilitate the new member process per procedure defined by the board of directors.
Handle rental requests, contracts, and supervision of set up and tear down for club and private rental events.
Create a weekly staff schedule. Ensure proper staffing for club sponsored events and daily coverage to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain club inventory for perishable and replenishable items.
Implement board procedures and policies.
Complete various administrative, filing, and club projects as required.
Report to board on a monthly basis (or as requested) the status of club operations.
Be a positive and helpful presence for members.
Track and stock inventory merchandise.
Create and manage club communications including social media content.
Correspond and communicate with SYC members and reciprocal clubs.
