- Help maintain accurate electronic asset lists and keep devices updated including but not limited to all computers, tablets, company phones, printers, cameras, Garmin’s, monitors, apps
- On board new Team Members with account access to apps, permissions and train on all onboard electronic systems with the expectation of using all systems correctly
- Monitor and correct Hours of Service issues created by drivers and ensure compliance with DOT by using the correct rule set
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure all shared drives are accessible to each Team Member and keep files updated
- Understand and be involved in the S7 Business Plan, monthly Safety Specialist meetings and monthly Communication Meetings
- Cover trucking dispatch when needed (AM or PM Shifts) on short notice
- Facilitate 2-way radio installs and maintain radio equipment in cooperation with the Savage contractor (Syscom)
- Drive out through the oilfield to troubleshoot and repair issues that drivers may have with in truck tablets and printers
- Must have the ability to learn, understand and use all the electronic systems in place at this operation
- Must be able to program tablets, maintain 2-Way Radios both stationery and mobile
- Assist the Savage IT team in identifying and addressing problems and help develop solutions and processes
- Monitor and maintain a workable inventory of equipment for all systems
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and all its programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Map well sites by driving to the locations while recording the track and saving and converting those files to a Garmin readable map set
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR
