Here Is What You Will Be Doing

• Support Operations Manager with the administrative functions of the terminal
• Oversee and support the logistics and interchange customers service team.
• Overseeing the daily work of the team, including organizing work schedules and delegating tasks
• Training and coaching of administrative Team Members
• Monitor performance and provide feedback
• Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Work with and support operations and commercial teams
• Work with accounting to ensure proper billing is applied
• Developing policies and procedures
• Establishing standard work procedures and customer service policies
• Resolving customer service concerns and challenges
• Collecting customer feedback and data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve service Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Comply with all safety regulations and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Logistics supervisors should have excellent supervisory skills, as well as
• strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be organized, with attention to detail and
• have a thorough understanding of customer service procedures and principles.
  
  

Physical Requirements For This Role

• Light work: Exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently, or a negligible amount constantly
• Prolonged sitting: Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
• Ability to don appropriate PPE (Safety-toed boots, Vest, Hardhat, gloves, Reflective vest) and walk within a warehouse or terminal setting.
