OVERVIEW:
The Supervisor (Administrative) is the highest-level supervisor position at SaviLinx. This position is assigned to specific contract(s) governed by significant regulation, often with high demand for compliance, privacy, confidentiality, precision and significant customer service and/or technical support skills. The Administrative Supervisor II position will be responsible for all the administrative type duties for the Open Season teams in various locations. During OS they will be managing both sides to ensure wrap is below goal, handle time is within goal, adherence is a focus and attendance is tracked properly. This position requires attention to detail and excel experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Demonstrates ability to work in accordance with the SaviLinx Guiding Principles.
Provides team support through phone calls and meetings.
Follows all work instructions and SOPs.
Adapts to continual changes to work instructions and procedures as needed.
Maintains open and consistent communication with supervisor, colleagues and direct reports.
Support all contractual WFM/Administrative duties.
Motivates, manages and encourages agents through positive communication and regular, clear feedback.
Assists with adherence, scheduling, wrap time, personal time, reporting, and bench development.
Works closely with peers to develop and learn contract specific knowledge.
Manages and approves agent metrics and attendance and provides oversight and approval for all timecard entries, PTO or other incidents according to company policies.
Presents to direct supervisor at the conclusion of each week a breakdown of the past week’s agent performance metrics and a written summary report. Also presents a breakdown of the upcoming week’s plan. Must include a detailed plan of how the supervisor will impact performance.
Seeks opportunities for continuous learning via research, formal and informal training opportunities.
Attends and participates in team meetings and required training sessions.
Prepares and presents team performance PowerPoint presentations for internal company meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Provides mentoring to other CSRs as needed.
May be required to work in-center.
Attends and participates in required training sessions.
Follows all safety, ethics, human resources and security policies and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
Must keep all systems open and be responsive to management during working hours.
All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two-years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years’ experience in supervisory positions.
Ability to schedule and conduct effective meetings.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Attention to Detail.
Adaptability.
Must be able to draft routine reports and correspondence.
Must be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
