Your Next Career Opportunity – Senior Tax Accountant, International
Review the filing and preparation of tax related issues for non-US subsidiaries and activities.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Complete income tax provisions and tax related disclosures included in SEC filings.
Complete E&P calculation for non-US subsidiaries.
Review various municipal and federal tax returns for foreign locations.
Examine withholding Tax issues and intercompany transactions.
Maintain and gather information for the transfer pricing studies.
Review monthly reconciliation and roll-forward of tax accounts.
Assist with various federal, state and foreign tax audits.
Perform research on international tax issues.
Review responses to federal, foreign and state information requests and notices.
Research and document issues related to various technical foreign tax issues.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, specialization in tax preferred;
and 5-10 years of corporate tax experience, in the tax department of either a publicly held company or an accounting firm. Must have experience working with international tax; Latin America regional experience preferred.
