Job Description
Position: Project Manager/Program Manager Location: Salem, OR - Remote Contract: 12 Months
Job Description:
· Assist business in developing and communicating TO-BE business process documentation
· Develop Software Needs and requirements with the software vendor with input from ODOT business.
· Develop executive level presentations that synthesize project status initiative efforts.
· Manage Scope, Schedule, Budget, and resourcing for the project.
· Provide Test Case Management against the Cloud Software to identify and resolve defects.
· Primary focus will be on the Project Implementation activities. Update the project schedule and collaborate with the vendor project staff and ODOT business staff to perform project activities.
Provide steering committee leadership and collaboration for the project
Understanding of Procurement Practices is mandatory
· Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
· Demonstrated capability to interact with customers, clearly understand customer needs and document those needs.
· Understand System Development Lifecycle methodology. Specifically Requirements Management, Data Management, Functional Specification writing, all forms of testing procedures, and end user training delivery.
· Has experience with requirements management and perform analysis within source code if needed.
· Experience with Test Case Management.
· Experience with coordinating business training and organizational change management
