SCAA is hiring a Front Office Receptionist for our successful accounting firm in Prescott, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to interact with clients on a professional level in all situations, both in person and by phone. This first impression role requires an individual with a strong customer service background and recent experience in business office practices. Must be able to demonstrate familiarity with standard office procedures and software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Google Applications) to ensure our firm’s coordination and organization of daily operations.
Tax office experience is desirable.
This is an hourly in-office position. Hours needed will be Monday-Thursday 8am - 1pm. During our busy tax seasons the hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm February 15th - April 15th and August 15th - October 15th.
