The Global Marketing Associate Brand Manager (Portfolio Strategy and Brand Equity) for STEM will create and execute strategy for STEM's international launches, monitor in-market performance results and opportunities, and strongly partner with innovation team, creative agencies, and country marketing teams to support STEM's ongoing global expansion. You will also be the catalyst for keeping a pulse on competitive intelligence, market trends, and best practices. Ultimately, you will be contributing to the long term profitable growth and share gains for STEM in key countries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a global expansion portfolio strategy: product news, claims, graphics, etc that will represent STEM's global offering for tier 2 countries
- Partner with cross-functionals (innovation teams, Regulatory, RDE, etc) to ensure brand strategy is executed from Headquarters out to the countries
- Leverage understanding of consumer/shopper motivations and behaviors to develop winning marketing plans, and share thought leadership with the countries (in partnership with Equity Leader)
- Track performance of launches (business results, equity building, MEA milestones) and identify optimization opportunities
- Demonstrate curiosity about the competition and emerging market trends. Mastermind and inspire the competitive intelligence movement and war-room mentality across the STEM team
- Oversight and ownership of equity operational mandatories (BOS, graphics, scope, etc)
- Shared accountability for Brand's P&L and shares globally
Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required
- 5 years marketing experience in developing consumer products or 3-5 years experience after obtaining an advanced degree
- Must have proven commercial experience outside North America

- Passion for creativity and innovation
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
- High sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Passion for finding a better way and embracing a challenger mentality
- Global experience/exposure
- Leadership of cross-functional teams
- Successful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage ComX platforms into execution
- MBA Preferred
Job Requirements:
- Racine-based role
- -Global travel possible 1x per year, 1-1.5 weeks
