What we look for: We are looking for a Research Marketing Associate to join our Investor Access execution team in New York, responsible for the management of all logistics pertaining to the marketing of Bernstein’s US research product to institutional investor clients. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with our Research and Sales teams through event planning and execution in a fast-paced environment to showcase Bernstein’s premier research product. As a Research Marketing Associate, you will: Be responsible for planning and executing all logistics pertaining to Senior Research Analyst marketing events taking place in-person throughout the NY Metro area as well as virtually, including but not limited to: Booking complex travel arrangements, arranging highly complex logistics, sourcing event venues, managing invitations, sending calendar invitations and event confirmations Collaborate with our Institutional Sales team to plan a marketing events calendar including in-person trips and virtual events for Bernstein’s Senior Research Analysts Manage all logistics pertaining to our webinar product Leverage data and technology to target client invitations for events Report on travel costs related to marketing trips Partner with the broader investor access team on corporate/expert events as needed and specifically for flagship conferences Be a team player and assist other teammates when necessary What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field with 0-3 years of professional experience, preferably in an event/marketing role. In accordance with Section 8-107(32) as set forth in the New York City Human Rights Law, the minimum and maximum base annual salary for this role is as follows: Base Salary Range: $90,000-115,000 Actual base salaries may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
