Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team at SCE Credit Union. The Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing our organization's success through comprehensive research and analysis. This position will be instrumental in identifying market trends, understanding customer preferences, and optimizing our product offerings and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing products, promotions, and campaigns, identifying key drivers of success for SCE Credit Union.

Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, forecasting and tracking industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.

Utilize a variety of research methods, including surveys, interviews, data analysis, and market reports, to gather relevant information and insights.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis for updating or sunsetting products, developing new products, and enhancing communications to drive increased engagement and retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and capitalize on opportunities identified through research and analysis.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization, including executive leadership, to communicate research findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

Experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning within the financial services industry or a related field.
Computer Skills

Proficiency in statistical analysis software, data visualization tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
