Description
As the Brewpub General Manager, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who has vision, can buy into our vision, and is relentless in their effort and execution.
Essential Functions
- Hires and trains restaurant staff.
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handles customer complaints
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Estimates food and beverage costs.
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies.
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge
- Marketing experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
