Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
- Collaborate with the brewing and operations teams to ensure optimal environmental conditions for beer production and storage.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and components as needed.
- Take on the repair and maintenance of other brewery equipment as needed, broadening your technical skills.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide emergency repair services during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC systems is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members and vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification is a plus.
