We’re looking to add to our Fulfillment Center leadership team. As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you'll be the one making sure our operations are taking care of our customers and the rest of the organization. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to build out and lead your team. Combine your creativity and experience to help us improve processes all while staying true to our Core Value of Innovate and Simplify. Location: Chagrin Falls OH - 100% on site
What you will do:
- Lead, manage, train, and develop your team
- Ensure that SOPs are followed consistently
- Review current process and refine with a continuous improvement mindset
- Remain flexible in an always changing business
- All other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing setting
- Proven ability to lead and develop others and work collaboratively outside the 4 walls
- Ability to plan ahead and multi-task
- Effective, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Open and flexible availability
- Safety first mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to learn systems easily
- Ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
