Schneider is seeking an analytical minded Payroll Analyst to be responsible for mitigating enterprise risk related to changing laws and regulations regarding pay. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance on predetermined processes and analyzing payroll results to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pay. You will also serve as a contact for payroll related matters and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding their pay, deductions, or the payroll process.
About the role:
- Validate various pay entries and audits as part of pay processing for each payroll cycle to determine if any abnormalities exist
- Follow department/SOX policies and procedures and maintain comprehensive understanding of all new payroll regulatory changes
- Compile data and generate reports to assist leadership with analysis and review
- Resolve incoming cases (simple to moderately complex) through troubleshooting, research and communication with parties in a timely manner to ensure Service Level Agreement compliance
- Maintain consistent attendance while exhibiting behavior in alignment with our core values

Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor degree preferred; Associates degree required; preferred areas of study: Accounting, Business, Human Resources.
- Two to four years practical / related work experience; FPC or CPP desired
- Project Management skills and sound judgement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload, work within deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency toward a desired result
