Schnitzer Properties' Manager in Training Program is designed for college graduates who are seeking a career in commercial real estate. The program is designed to train and develop future leaders who can successfully lead regions to meet company goals. In order to gain a comprehensive understanding of how our company operates, trainees will rotate through core departments and be given the opportunity to work in different regions to learn from Senior Vice Presidents.
