The Dining Room Manager will work directly with the Managing Partners and Chefs to ensure that the dining room, tavern, and patio is executed to the requisite standards and that the restaurant’s dining areas operate in accordance with their established budgetary goals.
Suitable candidates must have excellent leadership skills to build strong teams as well as a well-developed business acumen and a hospitable nature.
It is paramount that all candidates contribute to increase revenue by cultivating and maintaining guest relationships; achieved through frequent table visits, providing personalized service, and by quickly resolving any and all guest concerns during or after dining
Applicants must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a highly organized and efficient manner.
