Sanitation technician support duties may include janitorial duties, sanitation, pest control, and sanitation chemical support for the MGB Plant for all three shifts.  The partner maintains and promotes appropriate safety standards and practices, provides process improvement, and assist in meeting production needs.  Tasks include moving 55 gallon barrels onto safety containers using a forklift and manual labor.  Partner places manifolds and shredder cutters into cleaning tanks, pours caustic from a 5- gallon bucket into the CIP tanks, and prepares for mopping and hosing down floors and walkways.  Places in and taking out parts from the tank in casting COP tank.  Prepares for the start up and take down of the cookers, detaching pipes, and elbows and connecting the other cooker to appropriate pipes.  Support also assists with janitorial duties when janitor is off.  This includes preparing area for cleaning and orderly condition.  Partner performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing wall and glass, remove rubbish.  Duties may include service, clean, and supply restrooms/ offices/ break room/ fitness room, follow procedures for the use of chemicals and power equipment, notify maintenance of need for repairs, gather and empty trash, mix water and soap for foot bath, and requisition supplies and equipment as needed.  Requires partner to shovel entrances during winter months, assist with stripping floors, utilizing floor scrubber, mop/ bucket, and flat mop.  This position also supports WDC as needed.   *Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position.  Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and Customer Requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL.
