This position exists to support sales execution activities. A key component of this position is to provide insight and support related to sales performance and process improvement. Emphasis is on root cause resolution and proactively identifying process improvements as a means to reduce support costs.
- Design and develop route to market solutions to improve operational efficiencies and to support the field sales team to meet their objectives.
- Partners with cross functional teams to support transformation efforts, gain buy-in from key stakeholders and works to remove barriers hindering adoption.
- Consultant to field sales leadership on sales execution activities
- Drive sales execution through fact-based and data-driven decision-making
- Works with field sales management to drive consistent results with process compliance.
- Develop and present proposals outlining strategy and analysis to all levels of the organization.
- Manages trains and develops subordinates if applicable
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience
Years of Related Experience: Typically 5-7 years related experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis; strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and support of (with adherence to) Schwan's standards best practices methodology and deliverables
- Demonstrated understanding of business processes and objectives to enable re-engineering options
