PAYROLL LEAD
Hybrid - 3days onsite in Somerset, NJ
3-6mth contract
This individual is responsible for executing US payroll. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards & Payroll, you will also be coordinating with internal HR team members, external consultants, key stakeholders, and (external and internal) auditors.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll for the US
- Manage providers and RFP’s, for US payroll and other HR programs as needed
- Assist on other Total Rewards programs and processes, as needed.
Background, Education and Skills
- Bachelors and min. 3 years of experience in Payroll is required.
- Experience with Paylocity is a must
- Experience with developing and improving payroll processes.
- Start-up experience and experience implementing a new Payroll system would be beneficial
- International experience is a plus.
- Experience in life science industry is preferred, but not mandatory
