Job Summary
Sciton is looking for an experienced professional to join as an ERP Architect Leader who understands the CSI/Syteline ERP system that the company has implemented.
The Role Encompasses
System Administration and Design
- Lead daily operations and instances of CSI/Syteline and any connector implementations with other systems
- Lead and optimize team of offshore and third-party consultant resources supporting and enhancing the current system
- Analyze and maintain the current ERP architecture, identifying and driving opportunities for improvement to meet evolving business needs
- Oversee, maintain and enhance any third-party integrations with the Syteline system
- Evaluate recommended patches from Infor and assess potential impacts before implementation
- Work cross-functionally to identify functional requirements and process improvements to deliver significant operational improvement and efficiencies
- Collaborate with IT Support and other business system teams on ERP-related projects and initiatives
- Act as functional Leader and Executive Advisor, providing expertise and guidance on ERP projects
- Provide technical support for the CSI/Syteline system, including assistance with upgrades and migrations
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project standards are met
- Offer end-user technical support, incident management, and database maintenance
- Support reporting, printing, and document management within the Syteline system
- Develop and maintain reports within the Syteline system
- Provide assistance and support for any other systems integrated with Syteline
- By performing these tasks effectively, you will ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Infor Syteline ERP system within the organization.
Core Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Syteline ERP software
- Minimum of 3 years of project leadership experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in an IT role
- Previous administrative experience with Infor Syteline (CSI) and associated applications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Syteline ERP, ideally versions 9 and 10
- Deep understanding of Syteline application and system processes
- Ability to support end-users by leveraging functional knowledge of the application
- Capable of following technical manuals and comprehending business workflows
- Skilled at gathering requirements from end-users to ensure proper setup and issue resolution
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with end-users
- Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional support
