- Pay $12.00-$14.00 p / hr plus tips! (Baristas report earning at least $14-16 p / hour including tips, although a concrete tip amount cannot be 100% guaranteed)

- Expected hours : 15 - 30 per week
Responsibilities
- Greet and connect with each customer
- Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines
- Suggest complementary / additional products, merchandise, and gift cards
- Manage cash drawer, following established cash handling procedures
- Operate and maintain the cleanliness of all store equipment
- Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
- Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
- Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer
- Work as a team and communicate with all staff members
