DESCRIPTION

Did you know that Scooter's Coffee roasts our coffee beans and bakes our baked goods and distributes them to our stores? We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will help pick, organize and load products from our warehouse and prepare them for delivery to our coffee houses and kiosks. We are also looking for someone who can be flexible and is willing to be a backup delivery driver when needed. No experience necessary, just the willingness to learn!

LOCATION

This position will be based out of NE.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accurately pull orders and load on delivery trucks
2. Create delivery list
3. Monitor product to ensure quality is maintained
4. Receive, check, and stock incoming product
5. Perform HACCP duties as required and maintain necessary logs

QUALIFICATIONS

1. No previous experience necessary 1 years' experience in a warehouse environment preferred
2. Works well in team environment and individually
3. Positive attitude
4. Commitment to safety
5. Detail oriented and self-motivated
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
7. Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 100 pounds frequently throughout a day
8. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day
9. Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
10. Ability to walk on concrete surface frequently throughout a day
11. Regular and predictable attendance
12. Successful completion of HACCP training upon hire
13. Successful completion of forklift training upon hire
14. Ability to pass company background screen and drug screen

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENT

1. Regular and predictable attendance
2. Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 75 pounds frequently throughout a day
3. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day
4. Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
5. Must have the ability to work in varying temperature zones, from freezer temperatures to non air conditioned temperatures in the summer
