Job Overview
Are you a sports enthusiast ready to dive into the heart of college football action or a die-hard fan on campus? A worldwide leading sports data supplier is looking for passionate individuals to be the driving force behind the accuracy and speed of sports data at the college level.
Their goal is to fill every Division I college football stadium (FBS and FCS) this upcoming season with reporters to capture scores and real-time game information.

What You'll Do
- Attend Division I college football games (FBS and/or FCS) in person and provide real-time coverage by reporting live action directly from the venue using the Score Spotter software on your mobile phone.
- Accurate and timely updates on match events, scores, and other relevant details.
- Conduct pre-match reporting duties, including verifying match times, formats, and any other necessary information.
- Generate post-match reports that highlight any issues related to capturing scores or other observations.
- Submit expenses information promptly for reimbursement.
- Maintain communication regarding your availability for future event coverage.
- Successful completion of comprehensive training before live game reporting (usually 5 to 10 hours), with direct mentorship from an experienced trainer.
What We Expect
- Passion and knowledge of Football with an ability to understand and follow the game dynamics.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Access to a mobile phone with a reliable internet connection for live reporting.
- Willingness and ability to travel to different college football venues.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Prior experience in similar roles is not mandatory.

This is an independent contractor position paid by events attended and dependent on the successful completion of the data collection. Independent contractors are solely responsible for managing and fulfilling their tax obligations. The role is not affiliated with the university athletics department.
