Description
The Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Admin role covers running the day-to-day
social media platforms; Curating, collaborating, and communication. Working closely
with the Marketing Team assisting in any projects as well as bringing new ideas for
Scosche social platforms. Administrative duties within the marketing department.
As a candidate, The Social Media Coordinator/Marketing Admin should be detail-
oriented and have a solid understanding of Scosche Industries with a keen interest in
providing a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms. Those considered
for the role will exhibit critical thinking skills, be creative, possess meticulous attention to
detail and flexibility.
? Day-to-Day upkeep of Scosche’s organic social media channels and
administrative duties including:
? Post curation, scheduling, and execution including image selection and
caption writing.
? Monitoring, interacting, and responding to questions and comments on all
social media channels.
? Working with marketing and graphics to ensure all posts are sized,
accurate, and on brand.
? Collaborate with internal resources on new content creation, photo shoot
ideas, and video ideas.
? Write script and appear as on-camera personality for How To videos!
? Upkeep on purchases, receipts, and PO creation assistance.
? Amazon Ad’s - Weekly curate and schedule out the Amazon Ad’s through
our Scosche portal.
? Influencer Ad orders - entering in new influencer ad shipments and
updating the tracking.
? Press Samples - International and Domestic
? Generate/gather any UGC style content to be used on Scosche social
media channels.
? Repost and create Linked In posts.
? Product release - create a social media plan for all platforms gathering
photos, videos, and collaborating with ambassadors to post content.
? Assist the tradeshow team as well as attending any in-person events to
talk about Scosche and gather content for social.
? Gather and place sales orders to go out to brand ambassadors,
customers, press samples, etc.
Big-Picture planning and strategy
? Record and track analytics for all social channels.
? Use weekly and monthly analytics to draft a strategy, and adjust as necessary,
for best results to achieve higher follower growth and customer engagement!
? Suggest and implement new ideas to increase brand awareness.
? Analyze competitors' social media platforms and present data.
Requirements
Requirements:
? Three years of social media experience.
? Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
? Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
? Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
? Experience in Salsify and QAD (ERP) a plus but will train.
Salary : $24 - $25
