Summary Short and Longer Term:
Short term this role will have full autonomy to harmonize our key high-volume people processes with our new technologies, analytics, and communications to move us forward to our exciting future.
Longer term this role provides a unique opportunity to build a thoughtful and data-driven approach to how we support our employees while we continuously innovate and scale how we operate to support the growth of our people and the business in a high performing culture
Technical/Analytical Capabilities:
Good use and knowledge of Kronos – Workforce Ready (UKG), Culture Amp for measuring engagement, excellent excel (pivot, slicers), helpdesk Service Now
Primary Responsibilities:
Short term:
- Serving and caring for our people by responding to important transactional benefit, onboarding, offboarding inquiries and day to day work while problem solving to improve processes
- Seek out the people data reporting needs and simply develop, interpret, and digitalize the data for key internal stakeholders
-Works thoughtfully with finance and recruiting partners ensuring role clarity, easy hand offs and seamless service delivery to our employees
-Ensure seamless data sharing from single sources of truth to external systems such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, and other people software
Longer term:
-Participates in the people strategy, tactical execution and goals to understand and contribute to within a total team
-Ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations, presentations, and stories to drive action and decision making
-Support our organizational effectiveness by proposing, iterating, and implementing for our people processes and policies
-Own the technologies’ effectiveness and applications to support the business needs by sharing and advising with HR partners and business leaders. These technologies include Kronos Workforce Ready suite, Culture Amp survey tool, applicant tracking tool for recruiting
