Day to day responsibilities are as follows:

· Perform cost estimates and foster efficient hand-off to project management and field teams

· Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

· Perform “takeoffs”, send out bids.

· Attend job walks

Qualifications are as follows:

· Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will interact with team members at all levels in an ever-changing environment

· Demonstrating the ability to be flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity will be vital for your success

· Strong planning and organization skills are critical

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Estimating, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience

· Minimum 1-2 years of construction operations experience, including exposure to materials management and project operations

· Detail orientation sufficient to organize and handle multiple project tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
