We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our Product Design team in one of our offices in Berlin or Würzburg.
This role will be working in a cross-functional team including designers, researchers, product, engineers and data scientists in order to deliver one of scoutbee’s core B2B products.
As a product designer, you will participate in product discovery and delivery, create meaningful experiences, and maximize the value of our data into easy-to-understand visualizations.
We aim to find a designer who has a high motivation, demonstrates ownership and takes pride in their work. In this role, you will be on a specialist career path, working roughly 60% on UX and 40% on UI.
Your role in our beehive
- Leverage knowledge from User Research, Sales and Customer Support to better understand and serve our customers
- Own the whole design process (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test) in your product area
- Leverage scoutbee data platform richness to create insightful data visualizations that genuinely help users in decision making (this is a huge plus for us)
- Explore potential product directions by developing concepts, and prototypes as well as conduct or support primary and secondary UX research
- Collaborate with PM and Lead Engineers on planning the product strategy
- Contribute to and evolve our product design language
What you bring to our beehive
- 7 years of relevant experience in a design role, preferably in a B2B space that is developing SaaS products.
- Good understanding on how to work with Design System
- Solid experience with Figma, Miro, Atlassian suite or similar tools.
- Enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities in a flexible manner
- Data-driven expert, who applies design and research methods to build the best user interaction possible and create customer-centric solutions- (Data Visualization knowledge)
- Has high work standards, attention to detail, follow and develop best practices and standards
- Strong team player and know that results come from people working together around meaningful ideas.
- Fluency in English and ability to present your design work to internal stakeholders.
