Regional Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to the Director of Operations by coordinating the management of daily scribe operations within the DFW area to ensure that all corporate policies are followed, enforced, and the program is operating smoothly overall. The primary goals are ensuring high quality of the accounts under their management and facilitating communication between the Area Supervisors, implementation specialists, clients, and the corporate office. Through quality control, constant communication, and coordination with various corporate departments, the Regional Manager will ensure that each account under their management operates at capacity.
Personnel Management:
- Manage Area Supervisors and Leads weekly operational duties
- Monthly/bi-monthly meetings with Area Supervisors and Leads
- Train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to Site upper management
- Monitor Emergency Room/Hospital sites staffing levels, providing updated needs to the recruiting department
- Collaborate with HR, Director of Operations, and Recruiting departments to assist with full site coverage
Site Management:
- Communicate with Site Administrators or managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist, as needed, with staffing, EMR Access, training, and leadership development efforts.
- Review and audit time-clocks to ensure the accuracy of hours billed and hours collected by HR for payroll
- Analyze and improve local operations by developing and enhancing operating procedures and proposing improvement measures to senior management.
- Ensure all on-site policies, procedures, and controls are followed to HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS, and other federal and state regulations or standards
- Collect and communicate weekly or monthly progress reports on defined metrics to include, but are not limited to: middle-management performance and satisfaction; unfilled hours; throughput totals; project progression (as defined by Director of Operations); client satisfaction scores; and incomplete chart analysis
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
- 3 years of management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up to 75% of Travel within DFW
