ABOUT THE ROLE
For this integral position you will be responsible for working in a fast pace team, washing all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses. Placement and storing of all clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen.
We are looking for an additional Porter to join our team for services Wednesday - Sunday, from 4pm-12am.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use of dishwashing machine
- Organize and arrange glassware, pots, pans, utensils, dishes
- Sanitizing and cleanliness of surroundings
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dishwashing machine
- Unload dishes and utensils from the dishwashing machine and organize them properly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
