As a Guest Sales Lead at Massage Envy, you’ll lead with care and integrity. This role will challenge and grow your sales skills by discovering a fine balance between creative upselling and excellent customer service. It's an opportunity to be a part of a team of experts, promote restorative products and services, and advance your leadership skills through training and support. Sales and Clinic Responsibilities:

  • Sell wellness package memberships to Massage Envy guests at a close rate of 25% (1 out of 4 guests).
  • Meets and exceeds daily, monthly, and quarterly goals.
  • Effectively communicates with guests in-person, over the phone, and via email in an upbeat and professional manner.
  • Ability to listen, ask questions, and engage in customers’ needs in order to promote and upsell ME products, services, and memberships.
  • Strong knowledge of our services (massage, enhancements, facials, stretch) to effectively cross-sell services.
  • Use service provider recommendations to sell at-home care routines.
  • Ability to monitor customer satisfaction levels and resolve issues as they arise, referring customers to leadership when needed.
  • Work with the team to complete tasks that will maintain the clinic throughout the day for a great guest experience.
  • Work cohesively with others in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Book appointments to achieve maximum scheduling efficiency.
  • Maintain client files and proactively communicate client wants and needs to service providers.
  • You believe in wellness, love being an ambassador, and encourage teamwork to drive an outstanding experience for our team, members, and guests.

Qualifications

  • Available to work at least one day per weekend.
  • Willing to work a minimum of 20 hours/week.
  • A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor.
  • Strong communicator who wants to encourage teamwork and fun.
  • Open to feedback and learning.
  • Possesses leadership qualities.
  • Takes pride in being the best to help the team exceed clinic and individual goals.
  • Passion about excellent customer service.
  • A professional appearance at all times.
  • A strong desire to work with others and engage new associates with energy and enthusiasm for our company.
  • Computer, phone, and point of sale experience required.
  • 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Shows longevity in working for any job for 2 years.
  • Bonus for leadership experience.
