Join our team as a Mammography Tech at Scripps Clinic 78 & Jefferson in Oceanside. The ideal candidate is both a proven team player and comfortable working independently, and is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate, comprehensive breast care to the local community.
As the Mammography Tech your duties are:
- Be responsible for providing age-specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in QC and PI activities.
- Maintain own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This is a Part-Time (40 hours per pay period) position, working varied 8 hour shifts (primarily weekends) located at Scripps Clinic 78 & Jefferson in Oceanside.
New Hire Incentive available up to $4,000 for those who qualify.
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
- Internal candidates
- Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter
