How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Cleaning of tanks and lines. Loading and unloading of fluid ingredients in the trucks. Connection and disconnection of pipe lines/ elbows. Cleaning of the tops of tankers. Verify milk weight, maintain department paperwork. Screen loads for antibiotics. Responsbile for maintaining CIP system with the proper concentrations. Maintain communication with cheese makers to verify milk flow. You Are Best Suited For The Role If You…. Proficient in use of the computer. Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills. Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
