Highlights for your next career move:

• You will be leading the client site for SDI and ensure we are delivering based on our contract requirements, therefore leading to client satisfaction.
• Ensuring the team meets our defined performance goals, these goals can be related to: Customer service levels, inventory accuracy, use of national suppliers, customer/SDI savings and safety.
• Responsible for delivering site profitability to predetermined goals as well as providing weekly forecasts.
• You will be communicating with our staff in our corporate headquarters in Bristol, PA as this position is centralized out of here.
• Communicating and working collaboratively with our Account Management, Engineering Services, Strategic Sourcing, Central Operations/Buying, Human Resources, Finance, and IT teams to ensure any information needed is properly communicated.

The skills you’ll contribute to our diverse team:

• Bachelor’s degree OR if you have experience working in warehouse leadership roles, that will be acceptable as well.
• You have been in a leadership role where you have led a team of hourly workers to success in a warehouse environment.
• You have been exposed to and are familiar with storeroom activities and material management within a warehouse environment.
• You have that mindset where you see things that can be tweaked or changed, in other words, that continuous improvement mindset. This is something we cherish as we are always looking for folks who want to help make SDI a better place to work every day.
• You are comfortable and can navigate through Microsoft Office suite and an ERP system.
• You are comfortable in an industrial environment where you’re exposed to heat, noise, and dirt.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
