In this role, you will have your hands in everything, you will be involved in; field operations, construction, storage operations, and maintenance. If you feel that you are the person we described, then apply now! What you will do: Work with all Company departments to ensure a smooth, safe and amiable operation. Ensure that all gas movements within Egan are accomplished in a safe, proper and efficient manner Accept tactical direction from the Area Supervisor regarding work and planning goals Communicate with schedulers concerning work schedules of Operation’s personnel. Responsible to verify that all nominated gas withdrawals/injections have been completed. Ensure annual check off of PBT/OQ and all other required training is complete for the Egan employees. See that budget control is maintained and improved wherever possible. Ensure proper coverage & compliance at each position by maintaining shift coverage schedules. (includes vacations, sick time, leave, etc.) Ensure all Safety, HR, CRM & DOT regulations and policies are followed by employees and contractor personnel Compile weekly injection/withdrawal report of Operations. Ensure SAP/Maximo (or equivalent) tracking is current and compliant Ensure environmental record keeping is current and compliant Manage & approve the weekly work schedule/task delegation list with operations staff. Ensure the safe & efficient implementation of contractors work scopes and project planning and oversite including initiating and planning of operations work orders. Ensure all orders of materials, consumables are replenished, maintained and managed. Who you are: You have the following education and/or experience: 5 years of pipeline or related experience in a broad range of areas such as field operations, construction, Storage operations, and maintenance High school diploma (minimum); Related university degree or equivalent mix of formal education and experience (preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Must have a valid driver’s license & good driving record Office & Field environment with frequent travel to all station locations within the Egan operating area. Detailed daily conversations to ensure Operation’s activities are synchronous with Area Supervisor’s expectations. On call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for technical troubles and emergency response. Exceptions to be approved by Egan Area Supervisor Physical Requirements: Include but are not limited to: Balancing, bending and stooping, climbing, crawling, carrying (up to 25 pounds), grasping, kneeling, lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), pulling hand over hand, pushing, reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, walking, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement, grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 25 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement.
