We’re looking for an amazing Manager, Revenue Management to fill this role. You’ll be responsible for maximizing the net ticket revenue of every sailing by managing the pricing and coordinating with Sales and Marketing to stimulate demand. The Product Manager oversees a set of products, e.g. Alaska sailings, ensuring that revenue and occupancy targets are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic pricing and sourcing assumptions for assigned products.
  • Liaison with all areas of marketing communications to ensure that guest communications are driving appropriate demand.
  • Email, Direct Mail, Web & Social prioritization & inputs
  • Ensures USPs, promotions and pre/post add ons well represented for all Seabourn product
  • Create a pricing strategy for large promotions, and liaison with Sales and Marketing to ensure adequate product placement and focus.
  • Analyze booking trends and progress toward the achievement of revenue goals, recommending pricing and/or marketing changes.
  • Confirm/design promotional build strategy set up with operations teams, and communicate details to appropriate groups 
  • Provide ideas and suggestions for new product features, itineraries, and research projects designed to measure product appeal, satisfaction and/or improvement in marketing efficiency.


Requirements

  • 5 years related revenue management experience
  • 1 years of managerial experience
  • Familiarity with travel industry revenue management, sales and marketing concepts
  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions and be accountable for bottom-line performance 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of database & report writing tools
  • Ability to manage several cross-functional projects on an ongoing basis and meet tight deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Independent judgement of methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria for offering alternative solutions
  • Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways within area of responsibility 
  • Strong leadership, people management, organizational and prioritization skills necessary
  • Collaboration and negotiation skills critical to success

  • Base Salary Range: $ 83,200.00 to $ 112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
