What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wealth Advisor, Market Leader - Miami-Dade position at Seacoast Bank?
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 clients who qualify for the Wealth Advisor segment, defined as clients with total investable assets > $1MM. Target portfolio revenue should generate a minimum of $1MM of recurring revenue from investment assets under management. Total book revenue should be >$2MM in revenue.
Proactively provides comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions including, but not limited to, comprehensive financial planning, business and executive planning, strategic asset allocation recommendations, multi-generational estate and tax planning, cash flow analysis and budgeting, and credit and risk management. Also able to articulate tactical adjustments for client investment portfolios.
Extraordinary sales professional with expert sales, client management, and client service skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services with a proven track record of success. Builds multi-generational relationships with client families. Assertive in asking for business, developing leads and developing referral sources which includes Centers of Influence. Qualifications
Preferred: CFP, CPA, CFA or JD.
Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses. Candidates will have 90 days from their Start to transfer or acquire all of the registrations and licenses required for this position.
10 years of sales and relationship management experience with proven track record of success in the wealth management industry.
