What are the responsibilities and job description for the Export Coordinator position at Seacoast Logistics?
Seacoast Logistics is looking to add an Export Coordinator to our Brookfield, WI team. Responsibilities include quoting air and ocean export freight, setting up collection of cargo, monitoring shipments from origin to destination, creating invoices, and handling any issues that pop up from beginning to end, and other duties assigned by management.

- Tech saavy: You can type well, navigate computer systems with ease, and utilize Microsoft Office software daily
- Fast learner: The freight world is moving quickly so we need someone that can catch on fast to the different aspects of the position while remembering government regulations
- Good communicator: You're able to tactfully communicate with worldwide clientele regarding cargo, invoices, scheduling, and more
