We are looking for a customer focused, dynamic, individual to join our Talent Acquisition Coordinator team. The successful candidate for this role will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess exceptional communication skills, have the ability to multi-task and problem-solve while managing multiple priorities. Summary:
- Schedule complex interviews working directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and admins
- Arrange candidate travel and area tours in partnership with our travel agency
- Occasional onsite coordination day of interview
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on interview or travel/expense related questions
- Tracking interview scheduling status in online interactive tool for team visibility
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or years of relevant experience
- 1 years of recruiting coordinator, admin or HR experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Proficient with Excel, Word & Outlook
